Master Vendor

At Empiric Solutions we know how time consuming and frustrating it can be to deal with three or four different agencies across the board in order to fulfil your specific requirements. So we have created our Master Vendor service to ensure that you only need deal with one point of contact.

By acting as the sole contact with the client, Empiric is responsible for managing all possible IT recruitment needs. We use a preferred supplier list on behalf of the client, thus streamlining the recruitment process and maximizing the clients time.

We believe that by taking away all the hassle that is associated with working with multiple agencies, the client is receiving the best possible service available and can focus on their own needs whilst we organise everything from arranging interviews to account queries, legal matters and general account management.

We usually provide this service to clients with a large volume of vacancies.

Contingency

Empiric Solutions have specific codes of practice that we stick to rigidly. Our contingency service perfectly reflects our honest and straightforward approach to recruitment consultancy. Put simply, the contingency service is provided on the basis that if we are not successful in placing a candidate, then the client is not liable for a fee, because we understand that under the rare circumstance when we cannot provide a direct solution, the client is not liable for a service that has not provided a resolution to their recruitment need.

This is why many clients prefer engaging agencies on a contingency basis instead of spending large sums on their own Ad campaigns which do not guarantee any results.

Contract Recruitment

This form of recruitment is available to clients that require candidates for short to medium term assignments. From experience we find that many clients opt for contract staff because they are able to secure candidates with a broader and more specialist skills base. Contract staff are often better at adapting quickly to new environments and working practices, and so come highly recommended by us.
