What does the role involve?
· A meticulous approach to recruiting, you will be expected to consistently go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
· You will be using a blend of recruiting approaches including, job boards, advert response, mapping out markets, networking and gathering referrals to uncover the very best talent in the market.
· In the main you will be contacting candidates over the telephone and meeting with candidates to develop long lasting relationships
· You will be engaged throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing the best talent in niche market places through to managing the interview process and securing successful placements.
· We will develop you from being a successful and effective resourcer to becoming a successful recruitment consultant. So no doubt you will be excited by the prospect of developing new business, winning new clients and identifying additional opportunities to make more placements.
What can you expect from being a resourcer at Empiric?
· You will embark on a Resourcer Development Programme which will provide you with a clearly defined progression and development path.
· You will be learning from a small team of professionals with over 60 years of proven experience
· We will give you the opportunity to earn uncapped commission within your first month depending on your individual development and performance
· The working environment is hardworking, social and most importantly fun.
· There will be a chance to be involved in our sales competitions which include holidays and monthly excursions to top London eateries.
