Description: My client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank based in the heart of London City is looking for a statistical modeller with immediate effect. I am looking for innovative thinkers, who come from a development background using either Java or C++ to take pre written models, redesign and recalibrate them. Models are pre trade models so you will therefore be required to regularly interactive with the sales team and the traders in order to get real time feedback on the statistical models you produce or are required to produce. An MBA in Computer Science or Engineering would be highly advantageous and exposure to working in an Algorithmic environment is also advantageous.
