We have opportunities for trainee recruiters, whether you have never worked in recruitment before or you have experience as a Resourcer.
We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic people who are genuinely excited by the prospect of developing their career within recruitment and the rewards that excelling in recruitment can bring. The trainee role is an integral role to Empiric in ensuring we deliver on our promise to provide a meticulous “no-stone unturned” service identifying and attracting the very best active and non-active candidates in our specialisms to effectively meet our current and future clients needs.
As a trainee we will be equipping you with all of the skills, techniques and know how you need to establish yourself as a successful consultant. Your role will involve the following:

A blend of recruiting approaches including, job boards, advert response, mapping out markets, networking and gathering referrals to uncover the very best talent in the market.

Proactively contacting candidates over the telephone and meeting with them to develop long lasting relationships

You will be engaged throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing the best talent in niche market places through to managing the interview process and securing successful placements
We will develop you from being a successful and effective resourcer to becoming a successful recruitment consultant. So no doubt you will be excited by the prospect of developing new business, winning new clients and identifying additional opportunities to make more placements.
